AnyPic may be a useful tool for you if you're planning on publishing your images. With this easy and simple program, you can embed a customized watermark, which could be another image, a logo, a text or something from a library of templates. You simply load your image in the main window and start adding a watermark, picking the font type, the color for it and effects like shadows or edges in a different color. Then you can decide the position, the scale or if you want to tile it to cover the whole picture. Decide the opacity for the watermark and the destination folder for the new image, then click the start button and it will start the process of adding the watermark.
If you have a bunch of images to protect, AnyPic will do the job for you easily. You can drag your entire list of pictures to the main window and do the adjustments for the watermark, then press the 'Start' button and the program will start batch-processing your photos. You can also add pictures from a URL and protect them. When you use the trial version, the program will add a second watermark with the legend, “This is an unregistered version…” and if you want to get rid of it, you should buy the software.
This small program offers some other advantages, like conversion tools to convert any picture to other formats, even PSD (Adobe Photoshop native format). A resize tool lets you resize your picture to a different size to fit your media or use the presets. The program also has a renaming tool.
Other tools include basic corrections like brightness, contrast and saturation, as well as sharpening or blurring the image. Also, you can add a border to the photo.
